Succesful Green Ship conference and workshop at SMM 2010
At SMM in Hamburg, Green Ship of the Future had arranged a workshop together with network partner Danish Marine Group. The conference was held in hall B1, where Danish Marine Group had made their 1800 m2 national pavilion.
On beforehand, the Green Ship conference and workshop had been promoted on the website and through targeted inviations. This model proved succesful as the event was visited by more than 70 maritime professionals.
At the event representatives from IMO, BIMCO and Maersk Maritime Technology presented the efforts made to keeping shipping and shipbuilding environmentally safe. Furthermore, the development of the projects in Green Ship of the Future was presented and discussed on the following workshop.
